Process for candidates:

  • CV or form completed sent to us

  • We contact you in maximum 48 hours to schedule the screening interview

  • Screening interview with recruiter on the phone/Whatsapp/Google Meet (sometimes we ask the candidate to fill-in a screening form with technical questions which we send it via email/whatsapp )

  • Interview with employer (video or phone interview)

  • We give you feedback in maximum 48 hours, but there will be exceptions. If the duration will take longer, we will then try to help you with another offer somewhere else and we inform you about it

  • Offer/Contract (via email) directly from employer

  • Our clients/employers are the ones receiving your documents from you

  • Consultancy during contract and career counseling

  • Feedback (we gather it from all candidates)

    Process for clients/employers:

  • Email sent with request

  • Organizing video Meeting

  • Waiting for live offers (+photos for accommodation conditions if provided) template for employment contract

  • We verify everything and we give a response in maximum 48 hours

  • Sending cooperation contract + GDPR Agreement to be signed by both parts

  • Sharing important information and documents to start the cooperation

  • E-meeting with our and client’s team/representatives

  • Trail period of 1 month to see if we meet each one’s expectations

  • Weekly meetings and close communication via emails and Whatsapp

  • Have a physical meeting once a year to visit client’s office and work conditions

  • Requesting feedback

  • Becoming close partners by transparency, compliance, communication, strong values and professionalism

  • Participating in team buildings - it is always about knowing better each other and developing relationships
